About the Book

If it’s not broke don’t fix it. That was Cash’s motto in life, and his life was perfect. He was living the life of the lieutenant of The Last Riders, and had women at his beck and call. The only thing he saw himself settling down with in the future was a twelve pack; certainly not Rachel Porter, who was on his short no fuck list. Hell, she wasn’t even his type—her tits were too small, and her mean mouth could shrivel a man’s dick. How was he supposed to know she was special and worth putting up with those weed-producing hillbillies? Or was she?

Rachel had lived her whole life watching Cash break one woman’s heart after another. He was everything she shouldn’t want; a bad boy biker with enough sex appeal to make any woman want a night in his bed. Even her. Heck, he wasn’t even her type—he didn’t know when to keep his mouth shut, and he lived in a sex club. How was she supposed to know that he was special and worth putting up with the biker wars and biker bitches? Or was he?

REVIEW
This was the story between Cash and Rachel. It was not a love that I saw coming or that was easily predicable. Cash is quite popular with the girls and has been with a lot of different women both in the club and in the town. He does not do long term relationships but he does have frequent partners. Rachel Porter is the sister of those Porter brothers who have hated Cash forever. She has been in love with Cash forever but knows that he is off limits because of the hatred that he shares with her brothers.

One night Cash comes to her house and she has the night of her dreams and loses her virginity to him. Of course our hero Cash is not the “perfect” man after this event and continues to sleep with lots of woman and her attention is always drawn to this fact and her feelings are often hurt.

After a particularly set of nasty comments at a party one afternoon by Cash and her brothers Rachel leaves town for a bit to get her head on straight only coming back after Cash is injured. She uses her healing abilities to help him recover, showing her love for him the best way that she can.

This was one of my favorite stories to date. The romance between these two is hard to come by. There are obstacles in every path. He has hurt her and she is not finding it easy to forgive him and move on. He finds that he is attracted to her and can’t seem to get that night out of his mind but she seems unwilling to give him a chance. I loved how she is tough and holds to her guns to not let him in. He is just as determined to get her again and it is amazing the extent that he goes to in order to achieve this. He shows some imagination and stubbornness in the people he approaches and bares his emotions to in order to ask for help. Rachel is tough and does not give in easily, she has loved him forever but she has seen sides of him that she does not like and she is not willing to be with him.

I really loved this story and would rate is a 5/5.
