The next book that I happened across was one that made me laugh, I thought the author did a great job of entertaining me and I eagerly turned page after page to see when Travis/Trent would get busted. He ( Trent ) was pretending to be his brother (Travis) and he was falling in love while doing so. With a girl that originally had a crush on Trent and his not going to like it when she finds out she has been lied to.

Sex, Lies and Beauty Aides

Deb Julienne

This story was gifted to me in exchange for an honest reviews.

Sabrina Thompson is working at the magazine Skin Deep writing a column about beauty aids. She is comfortable and content in her life as she experiments and tries to find new products for her readers at a lower cost. She is still lusting over a guy that she met a party four years ago, Trent Wellington.

The magazine unfortunately is experiencing a large shift in power and the owner Travis Wellington steps in to clean things up. But, crazy part here, Travis is secretly in rehab and so his twin brother Trent takes the realm, BUT he pretends to be Travis. If that was not shake up enough they are changing Sabrina's column to one that deals with love and sex. These are things this twenty four year old virgin knows nothing about.

So Travis/Trent offers to help her out with her research. Sabrina still remembers Trent, having harboured a secret crush on him for four years and feels really guilty when she starts having feelings for Travis/Trent. He of course is having lots of guilt living a lie and trying to keep all the lies straight.

This story was hilarious, I laughed and laughed and laughed. It was so sweet to see these two fight their feelings for one another and yet continue to spend time together and fall deeper. It was well done to witness Travis/Trent as he battled with himself as to when to come clean. It was not really only his life on this line her but it was also his brother's secret he was keeping. Sabrina's roommate Kat was the boy's cousin and she guessed about the identity switch at the beginning and she loves to bug him about it.

Throw in some romantic dinner dates as they try out restaurants for the Valentines's date edition, a new friend named Angel who runs a local sex boutique, a pair of old ladies who enlighten her about sex as a senior and a trip to the local precint for propositioning a prostitue and voila, you have an amazingly funny read. I would definately recommend this story to all romance readers. It was a light romantic read that easily flowed page by page. The author did a great job with all the secondary characters and the ending was beautiful and perfect. 5/5 for me.
